Copper Melting Furnaces

Tilting Rotary Furnaces (TRF) are basically the rotary furnaces which tilts to enable efficient use of salt and tap out of molten aluminium. Furnteck offers state of the art furnaces for copper melting and refining.
The Reverb furnace for copper melting is built using special refractory and insulation suitable for aggressive behaviour of molten copper. The doors of furnace are optimised to improve workability which could be affected due to high radiating heat while cleaning the furnace. The single chamber melting / holding furnaces can be equipped with conventional cold air burners or regenerative burners for energy efficient melting. The furnace can be additionally equipped with scrap charging machine for effortless and effective charging of the furnace.
